The Shore Club has a vast amount of prime beachfront in relation to the overall size of the project. With a mere 85 units placed along approximately 820 feet of oceanfront space, this project provides almost 10 feet of beachfront per suite compared to many new developments that might range from 4 to 7 feet per unit. An increased feeling of low density and exclusivity is apparent in the buildings' strategic placement and their fanned configuration creates many benefits that can be felt immediately. The S-shaped layout of the buildings reduces the amount of elevations that are visible at any one time throughout various vantage points. Whether lounging on the beach or strolling within the development itself, you are only able to see a portion of the total buildings wherever you may be. Not only does this maximize your view planes, but the focus is also taken away from the neighbouring buildings.
The site is also linked by the graceful Coco Walk, a meandering walkway that weaves through all of the main amenities on the property without even passing a parked vehicle. In fact, all owner and guest parking will be located under each building to create easier and direct access to all elevator cores, as well as lead you directly to your suite, shelter you from the weather, and reduce the visual appearance of exterior parking and vehicles throughout the development. Apart from the underground parking lot, there is also an underground tunnel system that is very similar to the one that made The Regent Palms so notorious; however, for The Shore Club, it has been expanded to run along the entire stretch of buildings. Connecting to all major service areas such as the restaurants, spa, lobby, back-of-house, maintenance and main pool areas, the underground tunnel will minimize the presence of goods, produce and staff moving throughout the site so that the key focus remains on the serene and natural beauty that abounds throughout the development.

The Shore Club will be broken into two releases. Each release will commence construction based on advance sales and covers the areas shown above. Release One will be predominately offered through our preferred client list and comprises some of the most sought-after suites within the development.
