As Project Director, Alejandro is responsible to manage all the pre-construction and construction related aspects of The Hartling Group's new developments, from constructability reviews of the projects and program planning to budget development and contract execution through work performance involving oversight of administration and production.

Originally from Mexico, Alejandro graduated with honors as Bachelor of Architecture from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City in 1994, and since then he has been practicing Architecture in mostly all fields, from Design to Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) to Construction, being the latter his true passion.

With almost ten years of experience as a results-oriented Project and Construction Manager, Alejandro has successfully built highly motivated management and construction teams focused on hands-on problem solving to achieve the project goals and objectives.

After working for the last five years as the Project Manager for an International Construction Company in the Turks & Caicos Islands, with which he successfully managed the construction of two multi-million dollar resorts in Providenciales' Grace Bay area, Alejandro joined The Hartling Group in March of 2010. Since then, he has been planning and coordinating pre-construction activities of the newest Company's Development ( The Shore Club on Long Bay) to ensure that set milestones are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
